Here’s a variety of air fryer egg recipes that are quick, easy, and delicious

I love an air fryer and I love eggs, so obviously this is a collection of recipes. Rather than giving you a life story, lets just get on with the recipes shall we


1. Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs

Yep, you can boil them in your air fryer

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as many as your air fryer basket can fit)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Place eggs in the basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for:
    • Soft-boiled: 9-10 minutes
    • Medium-boiled: 12 minutes
    • Hard-boiled: 15 minutes
  4. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel and serve.

2. Air Fryer Egg Bites

I use silicon molds personally but ramekins will work.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (e.g., peppers, spinach, onions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add cheese and vegetables.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ramekins.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set. Cool slightly before removing from molds.

3. Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Add water to a small ramekin or heatproof dish.
  3. Crack the egg into the water.
  4. Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes for a soft poach or longer for firmer yolks.
  5. Remove gently with a slotted spoon and serve.

4. Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Grease a heatproof dish with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
  5. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, stirring halfway through to create fluffy scrambled eggs.

5. Air Fryer Egg Toast (Egg-in-a-Hole)

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 egg
  • Butter or oil spray
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a hole in the center of the bread using a cup or cookie cutter.
  3. Butter one side of the bread and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Crack the egg into the hole and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.

6. Air Fryer Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cheese and vegetables.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased heatproof dish.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until the omelet is fully set.

7. Air Fryer Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs (see recipe above)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small oven-safe dish, mix tomato sauce, eggplant, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Crack eggs on top of the sauce.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your preference.

10. Air Fryer Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 English muffin or sandwich bread
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a ramekin and crack the egg into it. Cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toast the English muffin in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with the egg, cheese, and any additional toppings.

11. Air Fryer Scotch Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Wrap each egg in sausage, making sure to seal the edges.
  3. Dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

12. Air Fryer Egg White Bites

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup feta or shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk egg whites with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide vegetables and cheese into silicone molds, then pour egg whites on top.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until set.
